We offer a 30-day refund policy on all digital products (including downloadable zip files and online material), provided the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used.
Once a digital product is downloaded, accessed, or used, it is deemed “used” and non-refundable, except in cases where:
- The file is defective, corrupt, or not working as described.
- The product delivered is not as described on the product page.
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase, including your order number and reason for the request. If we determine the product was not used or is defective, we will process a full refund.
